Grade 2 had their big Circus on Friday. It was really good, the kids all did a great job and Lauren had so much fun. All of the kids participated in the beginning where there was a robber and policemen and they made this human dominio chain where everyone eventually fell down. Then, they broke up into classes. Lauren's class did feather balancing and long jump rope (they would run through it while 2 people held, and then would go through in pairs). They all did a gymnastics routine and ribbon dancing and at the end, did a song and the cha cha slide. It was really cute, some other classes did stilt walking, plate spinning, ladder climbing, and individual jump rope. The teachers dressed up also, one of the pictures shows Lauren and Ana with her teacher, Ms. Voigt. Marshall got to watch it earlier in the day during school with his class and then again at night. He sat on the mat in front with all of his little friends and didn't want to sit by us. They sold popcorn and drinks, it was a really fun night. Some of the pictures didn't turn out very well because of all the movement, but some of them were really cute. I love the close up one of her!
